Do You do weddings?
We do allow guests to book villas and use the grounds for their wedding, but we are not yet in a position to supply marquees, chairs etc. or plan weddings as we do not reside onsite, but we are certainly planning to be able to do this in the future.
Must I pay in Advance?
Yes. As we do not live onsite and the reception is not always manned, we request payment of the first night tariff on booking as a deposit and the balance 14 days prior to your stay. When the account is paid in full, we email you a ‘Key Code’, villa No. and directions, and on arrival you just drive straight up to your villa, enter the ‘Key Code’ into the ‘Key Safe’ at the front door and the key is behind the latch.
Do you allow children to travel?
No we do not allow children at Marwood, primarily for safety reasons, as there are 2 large non-secured dams on the property.
Is Marwood pet friendly?
No, we do not allow pets at Marwood
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel more than 1 month out from your booking date, then your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 1 month prior to your stay, then your deposit will only be refunded if the villa can be re-let for the full number of days booked.
